The 2018 Honda CR-V is offered in four trim levels: LX, EX, EX-L and Touring. Some safety and driver assistance features, such as the Blind Spot Monitoring System (BSI) with cross traffic monitor, are only available in the EX trim and above.

In addition to technology features designed for safety, the 2018 CR-V also offers multiple comfort and convenience features. Optional smart entry technology allows drivers to lock and unlock their door with a proximity-based key remote. Available auto-on/off LED headlights prevent drivers from accidentally leaving them on and wasting battery. Optional rain-sensing wipers determine rainfall density and automatically adjust wiper frequency for better visibility.
